We provide support for a range of Blender versions, including 3.4.x, 3.5.x, 3.6.x, 4.0.x, 4.2.x and 4.3.x. Our support for Blender 4.3 is still in it's beta phase, we working continuously to improve it to fully meet your expectations. Our commitment is to stay current with Blender's releases, ensuring compatibility with the latest features and enhancements. Should you have any specific version-related requirements or inquiries about Blender compatibility, please don't hesitate to reach out, and we'll gladly assist you.
Rendering time is calculated in minutes per node that is actively rendering. For instance, if there are 12 nodes simultaneously rendering for 5 minutes each, this would count as 60 minutes (1 hour) of rendering time. Partial minutes, such as seconds, are not counted toward your rendering hours.
If you finish your rendering hours, you will be notified via the Job Handler. You will need to purchase additional hours to continue rendering. Your render will be paused. You will be able to download the frames that finished rendering so far.
Praxilla uses all types of NVIDIA GPUs in the 4000 and 3000 series for rendering. These GPUs are optimized to deliver high performance and speed for rendering tasks.
If you encounter any errors or failures during rendering, please contact our support team through the ticketing system for assistance. Our team will help resolve the issue promptly.
Rendering hours only account for the time the project is actively being rendered. Upload time, waiting time, and other preparatory steps are not included.
Praxilla does not enforce strict limits on project size or complexity. However, our fair use policy ensures system resources are shared fairly among users. Designers are limited to one active rendering job and one queued job per account. For exceptionally large projects, please consult our support team to confirm feasibility.
At Praxilla, we take the security of your design files seriously and have implemented robust measures to safeguard your data:
- Encrypted Communication: We employ encrypted communication protocols for both file uploads and downloads. This ensures that your design files are transmitted securely over the network, protecting them from unauthorized interception.
- Encrypted Storage: Your design files are stored using encryption techniques to render them unreadable to any unauthorized parties. This encryption adds an extra layer of protection, even when your files are at rest on our servers.
- Access Control Lists (ACL): Praxilla utilizes Access Control Lists to manage and control access to your design files. This means that only authorized personnel have the necessary permissions to access, modify, or interact with your files.
- Data Integrity: We employ data integrity checks to verify that your design files remain unchanged and uncorrupted during the rendering process. This ensures the integrity of your original project.
- User Authentication: Access to the Praxilla platform is controlled through robust user authentication mechanisms, ensuring that only authorized users can interact with the rendering service.
No, Praxilla does not offer real-time rendering previews. However, you can monitor progress after the first frame is rendered using the Job Handler's progress indicator.
Currently, Praxilla's rendering platform is primarily tailored for Blender users. While we strive to expand our compatibility and offer support for more design software in the future, at present, our services are only suited for Blender projects.
Praxilla supports a wide range of file formats for uploading your 3D design projects, encompassing all formats that Blender itself supports. This flexibility allows you to upload your projects in various formats commonly used in the 3D design industry, ensuring compatibility and convenience when rendering your work on our platform.
